CAT Card

COMPLETE ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM

The CAT Card System is a full featured access control system. These systems can be expanded to control up to 16 doors and 255 relays point for control of elevators, HVAC, lights or otherfacility control points that require activation or monitoring. (Using optional CAT Card Reader expansion and Relay Expansion modules). The CAT Card systems can be interfaced with the CAT Series products as an extension of their capabilities using MUI options and using the same Selcom database for ease of control.

With its Capability to have up to 16,200 cards (with individual names), 16 time zones, 16 Access levels and 16 access groups, it meets a wide variety of applications.

Used with the intuitive latest “SELCOM” software it can be easily programmed and monitored via modem or the optional IP NIC card. This software has made the CAT series compatible with Windows Vista, 7, 8 and 10 in their 32/64 bit versions.

The CAT Card is available in 2 door and 4 door (optional) configurations and can be linked using their MUI option. The LCD and keypad mounted inside the unit housing allows easy programming or the units can be programmed via SELCOM if a phone line is connected or an optional Serial card plugged on to the unit.

Model: CATRS485CONVKIT Conversion to RS485 is required for CAT expansion modules CATDR4 and/or the CATRLY8	Model: OPTKMUI Allows up to 8 CAT systems to share a single telephone line. (NOTE: ONE REQUIRED FOR EACH CAT PLACED ON A SINGLE LINE)

Model: B12V Provides a short term source of power. Charging circuit is provided from CAT.	Model: SWRS485MESH Proprietary 900MHz Wireless RS485 Mesh Transceivers that replace wired RS-485 connection between CAT units and the respective expansion modules. (up to 1000 ft with obstructions)

EXPANSION MODULES

The CAT Card Reader and Relay Expansion Modules are designed to provide greater capability and flexibility to the CAT Series. Use of these modules can expand the standard CAT or CAT Card units to control up to16 doors ( 3 CATDR4’s card reader modules) and 255 relay points ( 32 CATRLY8 relay modules) for applications such as control of elevators, HVAC, lights or other facility control points that require activation or monitoring. (CAT /CAT Card unit must have CATRS485CONVKIT installed).
